Here at the Post Office Shop, Customer Experience is paramount and we do endeavour to provide you with a live stock feed on the website for all items which you can check at the time of ordering.
If an item is out of stock, we are provided with an estimated arrival date for those items from our supplier; I'm afraid these dates are only estimates and are subject to change. It appears that this was the cause for your items delayed arrival.
In light of this, I am going to refund your delivery charge as we did not deliver within the required timescale. I will also pass your comments on to our inventory department to investigate if there is any way of improving our processes to prevent further instances going forward.
