Upon investigation of your order, I can see that you ordered your items on 7.11.2013 and your items were shipped for delivery via Royal Mail on that date.
Once your order is shipped by our warehouse to Royal Mail for delivery we no longer hold responsibility for these item; I'm afraid that you would need to take this up with Royal Mail directly.
