CheapCaribbean.com arvostelut

The site was easy to use and had a better price then most.

Good customer service 👍

They were quick and easy to schedule through.

My experience with CheapCaribbean was fine but I’m extremely disappointed with the Ocean Eden Bay Resort in Jamaica! My room was barely cleaned unless I literally begged them to, most of the staff...

Having incompetent customer service representatives is the downfall of the experience.

The service and the price

If you sell a vacation package and the customer calls a couple days after to let you know it’s incorrect, give her a full refund. Instead, you keep saying “well you booked it online.” Yes, I did....

Have been using them for years and had very good experiences. Recently rebooked a trip to DR with no hassle.
