There will, however, on occasions be slight variations in the colours and we have passed your comments to the relevant Department for them to have a look at to see if there are any improvements we could possibly make.

We are extremely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the pilling on our garment. We have supplied woollens for some 25 years and pilling is a process we are keen to minimise. You have our assurance that the pills that appear are not a permanent feature onyour garment. This is a temporary process that will occur with particularly soft lofty yarns.
