Thank you for your feedback. I have looked at the tracking information of this order and can see that the delay was caused by ourselves at the point of despatch. I apologise for this and have refunded you the postage that you have paid.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the item was too small. I have looked at your order and can see that you have had problems with the returns service provided by DPD. I apologise for this delay but can see that you have been refunded for the item whilst we resolve the issue of getting the item back.
