Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that the jacket you received was the incorrect colour. I have looked into this and can see that there was a barcoding error which has been amended. I have also searched for the emails you have sent but have failed to find any. I have raised this issue with our IT department in case there is an internal technical error. I apologise for this but can confirm that a full refund has been issued for this garment.

I did try and oder another pair of jeans but the website kept crashing and when I spoke to a webchat representative, she was quite rude towards me even though she did solve my problem.
