Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you received a faulty pair of shoes from us. These should have been checked prior to despatch to ensure you received a perfect pair. I have looked into this and can see that you have returned them for an exchange however we are now out of stock of this item and an email was sent to you yesterday advising you further. Please can you contact our Customer Service department so we can resolve this for you and help find a suitable alternative.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into what happened with your order and it appears that when we added a code for 5% off and free socks, we actioned this request but upon editing the order this created a glitch on the system and cleared all items except the socks which have shown as being despatched. I apologise for this error and have passed this onto our IT department to investigate so we can ensure this doesn't happen again. I can see that the payment was cancelled and your store credit has bee re-embursed.
