I have always found them them polite and helpful in my dealings with them. Product arrived on time with plenty of information regarding what to expect from the delivery
Two packs arrived very damaged. When I contacted them they were out of stock so I had to buy elsewhere. It took two attempts to process my refund which should really have been quicker.
