I'm sorry you had problems. We grow and ship high quality Organic Certified Seed Potatoes. As we explain in our 'Organic Potato Growing Guide' sent with each order, it's important to warm seed tubers inside at 70oF to encourage breaking of dormancy and sprouting prior to planting. This is especially important for orders sent in the Fall shortly after seed tubers have been harvested.
