Hi Maitte, seed potatoes are living plants which need fresh air to survive. After studying your photos, it looks like you may have inadvertently suffocated the seed tubers when you placed them in those plastic bags. The paper sacks we send our Seed Potatoes in are perfect for keeping them safe until you are ready to plant. Jim
