Shipped my seed potatoes when the weather forecast is to be in the teens.

request shipment at best planting time and potatoes were shipped when the ground is frozen and the temps are in the teens . Probably be received FROZEN. They took care of the situation right away....

Thanks for your Review and glad to hear our Organic Seed Potatoes arrived safely! It's always a delicate balance between sending potatoes out in a timely manner and dodging sporadic cold winter weather. We have 30 years experience shipping perishable potatoes in Mid-Winter cold. If we ever do make a mistake and the potatoes are damaged in transit we will of course absolutely make good and send replacements. Thanks so much for your business. Jim
