David, thanks very much for posting your Review. For best keeping you may want to place your seed potatoes in your refrigerator. Then 10-14 days ahead of planting warm them up to room temperature (70oF) so allow seed tubers to break dormancy. In the Checkout process - under the section named "Select Your Shipping Date" - we have a drop-down box where you may tell us when you want your order shipped. In cases where no preference is indicated, we default to the dates listed on the color-coded USA map linked to in that same section. Anyway, your seed potatoes should keep just fine.
