Thanks for your Review, Al. We go to great lengths to store the Organic Maine Certified seed Potatoes we grow in top notch condition and that means keeping them dormant. In this way the seed tubers retain the highest energy and the most vigor. This then translates into the best crop and highest yields when planted out in the garden. It will be best to warm the tubers up at 75oF for a few days to get them to break dormancy. Once you see the sprouts emerge from the eyes they will have broken dormancy and are ready for planting.
