Hi Gary, Thanks for your order and for posting your Review. For maximum vigor and highest yields, we store our Organic Certified Seed Potatoes in our cold underground Potato storage all Winter-long at 38oF. If you warm the seed tubers up at your highest room temperature - ideally 75oF say on top of the fridge - they will readily break dormancy and be ready to plant in a week or so. Happy Gardening!
