My order arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. It was like receiving a present.
I ordered a navy blue cashmere wrap/scarf and it is absolutely beautiful quality. It arrived extremely quickly too. All in all, excellent service, highly recommend.
excellent service, i love the slim fit longline cashmere cardigan and would love to order more in pale colours for spring/summer. Nice knit does not bobble.

Very helpful. My order arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged.
Thank you very much for the feedback today. I was really sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase. I wonder if you have received a faulty item as our superfine wraps are certified 100% cashmere and our supplier is highly regarded in the industry. I have not heard of this happening before and am a bit baffled as to why it has happened. If you return the wrap to me I would be very happy to replace it and I can take a look at your scarf.
