Always helpful. Hermes, however, are very hit and miss.

Customer service helpful but it’s let down by their delivery company, Hermes, who are not hugely efficient.

The lady in the whistles store was very helpful when trying the wedding dresses on and helped me try on and make decisions. Customer services Were also helpful when one of my parcels went missing.

Im pleased with two of the three dresses I ordered. However am disappointed that returns are not free from Ireland. I will be reluctant to order from this site in the future.

Yes, I definitely recommend Whistles. I have purchased clothes from them for over 30 years and still continue to do so, now shopping more on-line, after I’ve looked in the store.
