Hi there, thank you for taking the time to complete our survey and I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service we are providing. To ensure I provide the correct information, as you have a number of items outstanding, please can you confirm which items you are chasing. Unfortunately, a number of items which were advertised prior to the Coronavirus outbreak were caught up in major delays owing to suppliers closing and ceasing production for up to 3 weeks, and we offer our sincere apologies for these delays. We have been provided some expected delivery dates, which are provided via your online account, but these are subject to change owing to the current events. Please reassured we are working as hard as possible with our suppliers to reduce these lead times, and should we be able to reduce these we will. Thank you again for your comments and stay safe!!
