HI there, thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. Whilst we are continuing to experience despatch delays, we do not want customers to have to wait to submit orders for items that we are awaiting receipt of. During the ordering process we do state the most up to date despatch information available, to ensure customers are aware of when they can expect their deliveries. We do also issue emails should delays exceed 10,20 or 28 days to ensure you are kept up to date. I note both products you are currently waiting for are UK issues, and owing to closure of production at The Royal Mint expected deliveries have seen some delays, of which we profusely apologies for and are working closely with The Royal Mint to see if we can improve the current dates provided.
