Hi there, thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. I am extremely sorry that your first experience with us has not been a positive one. I can see you contacted us in June to advise us that your delivery had still not arrived. I have now looked into this and it appears your order has gone astray. Please can you confirm if you would like a replacement delivery to be sent or if you would prefer a refund at this time? Hi there, thank you for completing our survey. I am sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived, this was despatched on 17.06.20 and normally arrive within 3-5 working days. We do however, need to allow until 01.07.20 for completion of the delivery prior to being able to chase this. Can I please kindly ask that you contact our CS team via enquiries@westminstercollection.com should you delivery not arrive on 01.07.20. We will then look into this and offer a resolution.
