Couriers were brilliant and very knowledgable. Took us to all the important places that we wanted to see. Xi'an is fabulous, wish we could have spent more time in the centre.

Welcome home. While we are pleased you have enjoyed your tour and the sights we have taken you to see, we are very dissapointed with the service you have informed us you have received by a local guide during your stay in Shanghai. We will be looking into your comments relating to this and will seek improvement. It is pleasing to find that you received a high level of service from the other guides involved in your tour. We have taken all comments on board and wish to be fortunate enough to show you more of Asia in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Junior.

Thank you for providing us with your comments about your experience while on tour with us. In respect of your comments relating to your guide, some days can be largely influenced by local conditions such as traffic and crowds and our guides have to be flexible in terms of early starts or managing itineraries for maximum enjoyment. We appreciate your comments and are delighted you have come away with many great memories of the fascinating locations you have visited. Kind regards, Junior.
