as you have realised, the free filter was an introductry offer for the 60 cls active only. As we want you to be happy with the product and the error appears genuine, we shall send you a twin pack of filters .

I had to raise a query and the customer service was exceptional. Successfully used bottle for recent trip to Morocco.
