I found it easy to book my break on line but. I thought I was booking with your £100 deposit offer and the balance later but discovered that full amount had been deducted from my bank, not a big deal...

Really good service VisitIO, frustrated by poor communication from hotel.
The customer service adviser at VisitIOM was really good. However, it took 4 days to finally make my booking purely because the hotel didn't respond to emails, didn't answer calls, staff didn't know...
