It also offers an in-home warranty through the manufacturer, for any issues encountered during warranty which it sounds like you may have accessed once. Thanks for your feedback. This fan is an inline fan and does not come with a backdraft shutter as advertised. We do offer assistance prior to purchase via chat, email and phone for any specific queries to ensure you are purchasing what’s right for your purpose.
