It was very tricky (and annoying) having to fill out your pre-check in form on a non-user friendly website and supply passport details and scans for everyone staying via unreliable WIFI when...
It could have been a 5 stars, but they were late for the check out and finally we had to call and inform them we had fo leave. We lost a lot of time.
The process for reservation is too complex.
