We travelled to South Africa and then Mauritius, which involved quite a few flights and transfers. Turquoise made sure everything worked seamlessly. There was always someone to meet us at our destination (including at the door of our plane when we arrived in Cape Town!). The hotels and lodges we stayed at were all different, but each was fantastic and we felt that we got a very good deal at each one. All in all, we were incredibly impressed by Turquoise and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to use them again ourselves.
I have found the service received so far -(yet to travel) very good. Tilly has been helpful at every stage and offered friendly assistance. I would certainly recommend to friends.
