Good afternoon, Mr. Fareed, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced regarding the baggage allowance and sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive different baggage information at the airport from that shown on your booking confirmation. We have reviewed the matter and understand that the additional charges paid at the airport related to ancillary services. Unfortunately, as these charges were applied by the airline directly, we are unable to reimburse the amount. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will take your feedback on board to help ensure baggage information is communicated as clearly as possible. We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Regards, TravelUp
