I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your recent delivery. I don't believe that we have been made aware of this before now so we will be in touch shortly to discuss further with you.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your recent order. Turf is a perishable item that if left rolled up can deteriorate very quickly, especially in warm conditions. Heavy rain can also contribute to this as the turf can start to steam itself and there is nowhere for the heat to escape. This is why we do state that turf must be laid on the day of delivery, or at least unrolled. I am sorry that we have been unable to help on this occasion as the turf was not laid within our guidelines.
