Sorry to hear that one of the ties you have received has a flaw. I have sent you a pre paid returns label so if you wish, you can return the tie in question back to us with no cost to yourself and we can get that one exchanged for a brand new one.

Great shoes, excellent craftsmanship. Spare laces are always handy as are the shape retainers.
