Delivery charge very high for value goods ordered. Should be next day delivery but wasnt delivered until 2 days

Regrettably. Our courier contractor failed to advise us of the delay with the delivery BEFORE your receipt. This is a most unusual case for us. This being said, we would like to make sure we do everything we can to make sure you are happy and will be contacting you directly shortly.
