Shipment was on time.
I was charged a non-existing tax though, and the client service refused to correct this, giving all kinds of ridiculous excuses.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear the order arrived with you in good time. The tax that you mention is the sales tax for the state that this order was set to be delivered too. This is calculated by a third party and we are unable to remove any tax that needs to be paid. I am sorry for any confusion caused.

Received within an acceptable delivery window. Packaging was beautifully presented but could have benefited from more tape on the bottom…item inside was poking through.
