Used them to send a necklace as a present to a friend. It arrived quickly and it looked beautiful!! And they made sure to send the receipt to me and not my friend !
Item received beautifully packed. However courier saw fit to leave box on doorstep without either knocking door or ringing doorbell. Not good. Item was duplicate of that bought in Ludlow shop...
