Thank you for letting us know about your delivery problem Gayle. I will make a note that the driver makes sure he gets the correct house! They deliver many different goods (not just ours) and so they wouldn't know that your box contains dog food. On the mistaken kibble size, you could try soaking it down a little bit so that it becomes slightly bigger - that might help Caron to pick it up a little bit better. Hope that helps!
