Need to Improve

I have sent 3 emails requesting a call back without such reply. When I have got through the service was good, I spoke to Hannah I believe.

Value for money (I hope!)

Staff very helpful. Policy I purchased seems good value, never heard of company before, so hopefully, if I have to make a claim, they will be ok.
