Pants service

The operator just sounded completely disinterested, that said i took out the policy due to price. I would not recommend them to friends and family.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you say that our advisor sounded disinterested :-( This isn't the level of service we aim to provide. Our records are showing that this policy was purchased online, we'd like to know who you spoke to so we can investigate. Can you let us know who you spoke to and when please? Any info would be greatly appreciated by email - feedback@emporium.co.uk. We look forward to hearing from you :-) Kind regards The Insurance Emporium

Good morning, We're terribly sorry to hear about this! We can see that the portal link has been sent each time, however, there is clearly a spanner in the works as you haven't been able to confirm receipt of it! We've posted the docs first class to your home address. In the meantime can we ask you to check your spam folder on your emails? We're not getting any notification of failed emails... Kind regards The Insurance Emporium
