The Home of Interiors arvostelut

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry for your experience on this occasion. Our manufacturer had a brief closure to change over their systems, and we were advised beforehand that no delays were expected as a result. Unfortunately, the closure did cause a backlog of orders, and we weren't made aware of the resulting delays or kept updated by the manufacturer. We did everything we could to stay on top of outstanding orders during this time, but we recognise this fell short of the service you should expect from us as we were not informed of which orders were affected, so could not pro-actively update our customers on this occasion. Please be assured this is not our usual level of service and was a one-off due to the system change. Sincere apologies again for your experience and we would appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you in future and demonstrate our usual first-class service. Kind regards, Grace and The Home of Interiors team.
