Hi Carolynn. Sorry for the late reply. We have instructed the fulfilment centre to be more careful when wrapping the hand cream tins and we're also looking at the Bamboo lids on the perfumes. I think part of the issue is that theres a long grain on Bamboo which can split easily if dropped but thank you for your valuable feedback as it enables us to identify issues that need to be solved.
