We do have customers who absolutely love it, but we genuinely appreciate that fragrance is deeply personal, and what works for one person can be overwhelming for another. We also want to acknowledge that Tommy's suggestion to use less product, while well-intentioned and actually grounded in how rich our formulas are, clearly didn't land the way it was meant to, and we're sorry it felt dismissive.
