We are very sorry you are not happy with your purchase, because we sell our BBQ's online we can keep our prices to our customers as low as possible, we display our telephone number on our website for customers who require information or help with their purchase. all our BBQ's are stored carefully & neatly in our warehouse and are checked before they leave us, we send out approx 25 of these BBQ's every week without any problems.
we have looked into why your BBQ arrived in a terrible state and we believe the box may of suffered damage due to the rain loading & unloading at our courier depot. when we are informed of any problems we deal with them quickly & efficiently.
