We appreciate your comments regarding communication, accommodations, and accessibility, and understand that you and your Personal Travel Specialist have had the opportunity to review these concerns together offline. We are so glad you enjoyed the planning process, and we are sorry to hear that the experience did not continue in the same way throughout your trip. We value your feedback and hope that, despite these challenges, you both came away with many wonderful memories from your time abroad. Thank you again for choosing Tenon Tours.
