We are very sorry to hear that you had such disappointment when booking with us. However, we would like to clarify to you that underneath every car type that you see in our price page it says "or similar". This means, that we will, of course, make our best to offer the best type of vehicle for your transfer but sometimes the cars from every one of our partners are not as luxurious as we would like. Of course, we are actively improving the quality of the cars offered, but since we operate around the world, covering every booking with the best cars is still an objective we have. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Also, if there is anything left that you feel we can do to make it better for you, please do let us know.
