Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for coming back to us with your feedback. We do take into account each one of our customer's experiences in order to improve our future services. We are terribly sorry to realise that you experienced such a confusing situation in one of our transfers. We completely understand how stressful this may have been for you, especially when you booked to have a peace of mind when arriving in a foreign country which was not provided. Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer since of course, we want to make sure that all of our transfers go smoothly as promised. Regarding the meet & greet option, they informed us that it was provided according to their company procedures. Please note that in some airports our local partners are unable to offer the meet & greet option at the arrivals hall 24/7. However, they do meet the customers at the arrivals and then they walk them to the picking lot which is 10 min away from the arrivals. This is how some of our local partners need to proceed according to the different airport's conditions. When it comes to the type of vehicle provided, they have informed us that all of their SUV's were fully booked by that time. This is why they had no other choice but to provide a similar vehicle. However, we consider that the type of vehicle provided should be always the one shown on the voucher. Unfortunately, on some rare occasions like the one you experienced, they do not match due to several circumstances (like being fully booked). As mentioned previously, we have already taken the actions needed with the driver from your transfer in order to avoid this kind of situations in our future services. We are already well aware of how stressful travelling can get, so our last intention is to cause any hassle to our customers. Also, as a gesture of an apology, we have sent you a discount code. We would be more than happy if you could redeem it on the next reservation you may book with us, then we would be able to prove to you how our real hassle-free service is without any disappointment. We completely understand how frustrating this may have been for you, especially when it comes to little one's safety. Please be well aware that we have already taken serious action with the driver of your transfer. We want to make sure that all of our transfers as tailor-made as promised at the moment they are booked, without any disappointments. However, please also note that since in Hungary it is not mandatory to provide baby seats during taxi transfers, this extra option did not have an extra cost so we are unable to refund you for this specific aspect of the transfer. Nevertheless, our customer's safety is one of our main values during each one of our transfers.
