I spoke to a lady in customer service, she was courteous and very professional. She gave me a tracking number and asked me to contact them again if my products didn’t arrive.
My experience with the Sweater Shop is that their customer service is exceptional and very seamless. Within just a couple of days I have a shipping notice. Tracking after that is a breeze.
