Dear madam + sir, I callled you by phone three times from Rotterdam and both of you were extremely friendly (even though you had other customers standing in front of you in the shop) and you answered...
I purchased three different sweaters from The Sweater Shop. All were beautiful and of high quality workmanship. I especially liked the styling of each of them because they were not bulky but fitted...
when it was found that they were out of the colour I ordered they offered a different
colour, express post and threw in a beautiful scarf! It turned out perfectly!
I am really impressed with the Sweater Shop. They provide a top quality product at a good price. The customer service is prompt and friendly. The website is clear to follow and the sizing spot on.
