Hi, I'm sorry to hear that! Unfortunately in order to redeem the gym bag, you would need to click on the link for the offer.

We are sorry that you have inadvertently ordered the incorrect item. The sizing options are no the listing, you are welcome to return it for an exchange however.

Brilliant, thank you for the feedback.

That's great, we look forward to hearing from you again.

That's great, we look forward to hearing from you again.

Your kind comments are greatly appreciated, it is good to know that we are able to consistently provide a First Class Service.

That's what we like to hear, thank you.

Great to hear our customer service team were able to resolve this so quickly for you!

Thank you for your comments; great to hear you are happy with both the product and service.

Thank you for the feedback, and apologies for the confusion. I do think at the time you ordered the item there was an error on the website, which was subsequently resolved and unfortunately before you contacted us. My colleague it appears was not aware of this and we do apologise. I can see that through PayPal this has since been resolved, and please accept our sincere apologies once again.
