Placed an order.... then i wasn't sure if i ordered the right colour and sent a cancellation about for the order. I sent a separate query saying if it was a certain colour, then please do not...

Hi there, Yes, it is 0% VAT when buying from the UK, so you need to cover the customs and tax as stated on our site. We state on our website that customers are responsible for all VAT and customs charges. We, unfortunately, have no control over how these packages are charged on the receiving end and cannot predict them.
The below paragraph is stated on our delivery information page:'Import Duties:For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer.
