had a few hiccups with your auto generated email update of shipment progress. would be good if there was a more detail update; such as when it reachs the destination country. but overall good service.

All artwork is automatically created depending on the name, letters used, the font and icon selection. This can all contribute to the size of the name printed, however, it is shown on the product previewer for all customers to view before purchasing.

Our postage times are stated on our website:
You will receive your order in around 3-4 weeks. Once your order is placed and paid for it will immediately be sent to print at our Australian head office, which can take up to 4 working days. Orders are couriered in bulk to our local Singapore office, we then dispatch directly to your delivery address either by SingPost or by courier. Please then allow a further 4-10 business days in the mail following this for it to reach you.
