Poor service
Everything about our order was confused, delivered the wrong sofa, charged for another one, total miscommunication between the shop stuff and online team. No curtesy in respond to our complain.

Job done
The delivery men unpacked my sofa bed and checked it and removed all packing all I had to do is sit on it would use sterling again

Would recommend for friendly and informative service.
Friendly and helpful service in store. Promo and friendly service from delivery men. Cleared all packaging away.
