We're sorry to hear that you had problems trying to take out a second policy via our website. When you took out the first policy, you should have received an email instantly with the policy documents attached. In the email would have been details about how to register for a customer account which would allow you to view existing policies, and get new quotes / take out cover for either an individual, couple, family etc. It appears that you did log into your customer area, and we are not sure why you would have then had a problem. We will email you separately to ask if you can kindly provide any further details for our website developers to look at to see what caused the issue for you, as we have done initial tests this morning, and not experienced any problems. Thank you for your patience and for persevering to take out the second policy!
