Thank you for your feedback on this and we take on board your comments where we could improve. The booking confirmation does state about the 20 minutes to pack and there is an option to choose a later pick up date if you need more time. Easy to book and good service
Simple to book and service for collection went smoothly. Just a little hiccup which caused the delivery to be delayed. Overall a good experience
