couldn't use the product at the time wanted b'cos the wire cord plug was broken and had to wait till a new one arrives

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that the plug was damaged in transit. As discussed we have shipped a replacement power cable on a priority service to get you up and running. Apologies again that we let you down with this.
